Greetings!!  

Hello ALL!  My name is Ms.Hamlin. I am your child's Character Development teacher for the 2022-2023 school year! I am very excited to educate Kindergarten through 8th grade students in a classroom designed to help their character blossom and "think before reacting."  I am currently in my 14th year at Discovery Charter School and this is my first year teaching Character Development.

 

My Teaching Philosophy

My many years of teaching has helped me develop a set of beliefs about how I can best assist students learning abilities and academic growth. First,I  believe that in order to effectively teach students, I must know  as much about them as possible. My teaching will be tailored to each students' preferred ways of learning so that they can all achieve to the best of their ability.
